El Camino Ranch Revitalizes Lesson Program

The Sousa family enjoyed a "paint the pony" anatomy lesson with Popcorn the mini. All four kids (and mom!) learned about the body parts of equines and had fun labeling them together.

In the wake of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, El Camino Ranch has resumed its lesson program in full swing with boots on the ground (quite literally!). We are excited to announce a fully revitalized lesson program, complete with a detailed curriculum for beginner and intermediate riders.

We have welcomed three new dedicated riding lesson instructors to our team, all with their own unique background and knowledge of horses to share with riders of all ages who are "chomping at the bit" to dive into the world of equestrianism. Additionally, our new staff is excited to be working in tandem with various charter schools in the area to provide a unique and fun physical education experience for students and their parents looking for opportunities to diversify educational goals.

As interest in our lesson program swells, so does the interest in other offerings here at the ranch. In addition to riding lessons, El Camino Ranch offers horse schooling via independent trainers, a dog kennel for short-term or extended stays for furry friends, horse boarding with a variety of stalls and amenities to take advantage of, party plans for special celebrations, and so much more. Additionally, we are seeking more riding lesson instructors to bring onboard to our growing lesson program. Instructors have the benefit of flexible hours, competitive pay, and the ability to bring in existing clientele to our beautiful and state of the art facility.
